Q. How to upgrade my service

Q. When I would need a service plan upgrade
A. 1. You need to send bigger files (up to 1.5GB)
2. You need more long-term storage
3. You need more download bandwidth
4. You need more features like password protection, delivery tracking, download notification etc.
5. You need more user account
6. You want to have you company name and logo on the email and DroPoint
7. You Don't want ads on the email

Q. How my long-term storage counts
A. 1. When you send out a file and the file not yet expired, it counts
2. When you've got a file from DroPoint and the file not yet expired, it counts
3. When you've got a file from SiteDroPoint and the file not yet expired, it counts

Q. My long-term storage is full
A. When your long-term storage is full, you will not able to send out any file.
You can do the followings to free your storage
1. You can upgrade you storage with a additional charge, contact us for detail
2. Go to your Sent Items and delete unused files
3. Go to your inbox and unused delete unused file from DroPoint
4. Go to your inbox and unused delete unused file from SiteDropoint

Q. How my monthly download bandwidth limit counts
A. 1. When your message recipient download the files, it counts
2. When you download files from DroPoint, it counts
3. When you download files from SiteDroPoint, it counts

Your monthly download bandwidth limit will calculate as follow :
File size that you download x number of times of successful download
P.S. The monthly download bandwidth limit will be reset on the 1st day of every calendar month

Q. What happen if my account's monthly download bandwidth limit reached
A. 1. You will receive a notification from ISendYou system
2. Your message recipient will not able to download the files
3. You can contact us for additional bandwidth or upgrade your service plan
4. The monthly download bandwidth limit will be reset on the 1st day of every calendar month

Q. How to send multiple file in one ISendYou delivery
A. Maximum number of file can be sent in on ISendYou delivery

Still you can zip multiple files into a single ".ZIP" file before you send it out. Demo to zip multiple files into a single ".ZIP" file

Q. Can I have password protection for my files
A. Yes, for Business and Corporate account
No, for Pro and Free account
1. You can create a separate password for each message while you composing your message
2. You can select the way to deliver your password
i. You tell your recipient yourself
ii. You can have ISendYou to deliver the password by a separate email to your recipient

Q. When will my files be expired
A. 1. For Free account user the default expiry date of your sent item would be 7 days (168 hours) after the file uploaded and you can NOT modify it.
2. For Pro, Business and Corporate account user he default expiry date of your sent item would be 14 days (336 hours) after the file uploaded and you can modify the expiry date in your Inbox or Sent Item.

Q. How to track the files being downloaded
A. 1. ISendYou will log down the who and when your recipient successfully download your files. You can view the report in Tracking page.
2. You can get a download notification whenever your recipients have a successful download of your files
